28th March - Chest + Legs +Cardio 
29th March - 
30th March - Zumba
31st March - No gym as was busy at work 
1st april : Whole upper body +cardio

Day 24th 

In this week, I did the following exercises.

21st - Only cardio(wanted to burn calories gained during the weekend)
22nd - Cardio + Leg
23rd - Upper body (covered all parts of upper body)

Day 9 (21/03/2016)

Indulged in binge eating during weekend, so today the goal was to get rid of excess calorie as much as possible. Did just cardio, scales said lost 460 calories. 




Day 6,7,8(16th,17th and 18th)

It was good gymming on 16th,17th and 18th.


18th - Chest, cardio  and abs
17th - Shoulders and cardio
16th - Legs and cardio

Day 5: 15/03/2016 

Yesterday I did leg and cardio. It was great. For legs, I use gym equipments, easy to do and effective as well.

Day 4: 14/03/2016 Biceps and cardio 

Today felt like doing some treadmill and then doing some cross trainer.

Treadmill - 100 Cal
Cross trainer - 100 cal

Then did Hugo rivera's 3 biceps exercise. Loved it. Ended with some stretching exercise.
